Pre-booking Terms and Conditions

I hereby agree to the following terms of OnePlus 12 & OnePlus 12R pre-booking.

• This Pre Booking only enables priority allocation. It does not guarantee anyone of the availability of device on the day of the launch. Colour and Memory option of choice are also subject to availability.
• In case the pre-booked model of OnePlus 12 & OnePlus 12R are offered for purchase then the purchase transaction must be completed immediately or within a period not exceeding 24 hours from the time it is made available for purchase.
• The offers available on A TO Z Online Bazar Pvt Ltd at the time of pre-booking may be revised or withdrawn without any prior notice. Also, the offers may be valid for a limited period or till stocks last.
• Cancellation of the pre-booking is allowed through a written cancellation / refund request. However, transaction charges of 2.5% of the pre-book amount may be deducted while processing the refunds.
• Customers may also submit their cancellation / refund requests in case A TO Z Online Bazar Pvt Ltd is not able to make an offer of purchase for his / her chosen OnePlus variant.
• All refunds will be processed through bank transfer within 15 days of the refund request.
• Product features may vary by model.
• The Pre-booking receipt has to be produced in original at the time of purchase.
• A TO Z Online Bazar reserves the right to cancel / modify this pre-booking terms and conditions at any point in time without prior notice.
• Parties agree that any issues / legal disputes arising out of this pre-booking will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts situated in Kathmandu Nepal.
• A TO Z Online Bazar Pvt Ltd may share this data with OnePlus Nepal and its Authorised Distributors like Sigma Pvt Ltd in case needed for any validation of Bookings or to enable supplies of products.
